I was invited to join in on the latest assignment from the Society of Killustrators. “Magnet Boy” tells the story of a young Croatian boy who has the power to attract metal objects to his body. In the sandbox with all his friends, he probably feels like the superhero of collecting iron filings. When his mom asks him to hold her antique teaspoons while she shines them, he’s just another picked on 6 yr old.
